§ 107A — Calculation of gross and basic rates of pay of employee employed on monthly rate or piece rates

107A.—(1) The gross rate of pay per day of an employee employed on a monthly rate or on piece rates is to be calculated in accordance with the second column of the Third Schedule.(2) The basic rate of pay per day of an employee employed on a monthly rate or on piece rates is to be calculated in accordance with the third column of the Third Schedule.
