§ 9 — Termination of contract

9.—(1) A contract of service for a specified piece of work or for a specified period of time, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Part, terminates when the work specified in the contract is completed or the period of time for which the contract was made has expired.(2) A contract of service for an unspecified period of time is deemed to run until terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions of this Part.
