§ 11 — When is information provided, posted or removed from social media service, etc.

11.—(1) For the purposes of this Act, information or material is provided on a social media service or relevant electronic service, or provided using an internet access service, if the information or material is accessible to, or delivered to, one or more of the end‑users using the service.(2) For the purposes of this Act, information or material is posted on a social media service or relevant electronic service, or posted using an internet access service, by an end‑user if the end‑user causes the information or material to be accessible to, or delivered to, one or more other end‑users using the service.

(3) For the purposes of this Part, information or material is removed from a social media service or relevant electronic service or an internet access service if the information or material is neither accessible to, nor delivered to, any of the end‑users using the service.

(3) For the purposes of this Part, information or material is removed from a social media service or relevant electronic service or an internet access service if the information or material is neither accessible to, nor delivered to, any of the end‑users using the service.
