§ 119 — Liability for complying with directions and directives, etc.
119.—(1) No civil or criminal liability is incurred by the person or an officer, employee or agent of the person, for doing or omitting to do any act, if the act is done or omitted to be done with reasonable care and in good faith and for the purpose of the person complying with or giving effect to —(a)
a direction under Part 3 given to the person; or
(b)
a directive under Part 5 or 6 given to the person.
(2) No liability shall lie against any competent authority, authorised officer or the Secretary to the Reviewing Tribunals for anything done or intended to be done with reasonable care and in good faith in the execution or purported execution of this Act when assisting a police officer.
