§ 69 — Political donations fund directive

69.—(1) A competent authority may give a directive to a Part 4 politically significant person to require the Part 4 politically significant person to establish and maintain, in accordance with section 66, a political donations fund for all political donations the Part 4 politically significant person receives or accepts or both, on or after a date specified in the directive. (2) A directive under this section may specify the manner in which, and must specify the period within which, the political donations fund concerned must be established and maintained.
