Section 69 — Political donations fund directive

(1)A competent authority may give a directive to a Part 4 politically significant person to require the Part 4 politically significant person to establish and maintain, in accordance with section 66, a political donations fund for all political donations the Part 4 politically significant person receives or accepts or both, on or after a date specified in the directive.

(2)A directive under this section may specify the manner in which, and must specify the period within which, the political donations fund concerned must be established and maintained.
