§ 82 — What is political matter with foreign link

82. For the purposes of section 81, a political matter has a foreign link if —(a)

any author of the political matter is a foreigner; or

(b)

any person for whom or at whose direction the political matter is placed (for consideration) for publication in Singapore is a foreign principal.
