§ 148 — Application and interpretation of this Subdivision

148.—(1) This Subdivision applies to —(a)

every individual, whether or not resident in Singapore and whether or not a citizen of Singapore; and

(b)

every entity.

(2) In this Subdivision, unless the context otherwise requires, a reference to a licensee is a reference to a licensee incorporated in Singapore.
