§ 157 — Appeals to Minister
157.—(1) A licensee that is aggrieved by a decision of the Authority under section 155(3)(b) may, within 30 days after receiving the decision of the Authority, appeal in writing to the Minister, whose decision is final.(2) A licensee, or any chief executive officer, director, partner or manager of that licensee, that is aggrieved by a written notice of the Authority under section 156(1) may, within 30 days after receiving the notice, appeal in writing to the Minister, whose decision is final.
