Section 173F — Proceedings at examination

The provisions of this Subdivision apply where, pursuant to a requirement made under section 173E for the purposes of an investigation under this Division, a person (called in this Subdivision the examinee) appears before another person (called in this Subdivision the investigator) for examination.[Act 12 of 2024 wef 24/01/2025]
