§ 197 — Amendment of Criminal Procedure Code 2010

197. The Sixth Schedule to the Criminal Procedure Code 2010 is amended —(a)

by inserting, immediately after item 2, the following item:“2A.

Any offence under section 16(4) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2022.”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “Monetary Authority of Singapore Act 1970” in item 3, the words “as in force immediately before the date of commencement of section 205 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2022”.
