§ 208 — Amendment of Precious Stones and Precious Metals (Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing) Act 2019

208. Section 2 of the Precious Stones and Precious Metals (Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing) Act 2019 is amended by deleting the definition of “financial institution” and substituting the following definition:“ “financial institution” has the meaning given by section 2 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2022;”.
