§ 213 — Amendment of Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act 2017
213.—(1) Subject to subsection (2), section 203 of the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act 2017 is repealed. (2) Subsection (1) only applies if section 203 of the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act 2017 has not been brought into operation before the date on which section 201(2) of this Act is brought into operation.
