§ 28C — Prescribed financial institutions

28C. For the purposes of this Part, the Authority may by regulations made under section 192 prescribe —(a)

a bank in Singapore as a bank in Singapore to which this Part applies; and

(b)

a financial institution (other than a bank) as a financial institution to which this Part applies.[Act 19 of 2023 wef 01/04/2024]
