Section 28C — Prescribed financial institutions

For the purposes of this Part, the Authority may by regulations made under section 192 prescribe —

(a)a bank in Singapore as a bank in Singapore to which this Part applies; and

(b)a financial institution (other than a bank) as a financial institution to which this Part applies.[Act 19 of 2023 wef 01/04/2024]
