§ 5 — Fees

5.—(1) Every financial institution approved by the Authority under section 4 may be required to pay such fees in respect of anything done under or by virtue of that section as the Authority may by notification in the Gazette prescribe.(2) The Authority may prescribe different fees in respect of different classes of financial institutions and such fees are to apply uniformly to such classes.

(3) The manner of payment is as specified by the Authority.
