Section 104 — Saving for powers under other laws

Nothing in this Part affects a police officer’s or an authorised officer’s powers or duties under any provision of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010 or other written law, and the powers in this Part are in addition to, and not in derogation of, any power otherwise conferred on that officer.
