§ 124 — Unlawful gambling place a public nuisance, etc.

124.—(1) Every unlawful gambling place is declared to be a common and public nuisance contrary to law.(2) The provision of a gambling service pursuant to and in accordance with a licence at a gambling venue or a class licence anywhere does not of itself constitute a public nuisance or private nuisance at law.
