§ 4 — Meaning of “gambling”

4. For the purpose of any provision of this Act, “gambling” means any of the following:(a)

betting (within the meaning of section 5);

(b)

engaging in gaming activity (within the meaning of section 7);

(c)

participating in a lottery (within the meaning of section 9).
