Section 4 — Meaning of “gambling”

For the purpose of any provision of this Act, “gambling” means any of the following:

(a)betting (within the meaning of section 5);

(b)engaging in gaming activity (within the meaning of section 7);

(c)participating in a lottery (within the meaning of section 9).
