§ 56 — Licence validity

56.—(1) Every licence granted under this Part is in force for the period specified in the licence —(a)

except when it is suspended under Part 7; or

(b)

unless it is earlier revoked under Part 7.

(2) Every licence must be in the form the Authority determines.
