§ 65 — Validity of gambling venue approval

65.—(1) Every gambling venue approval granted under section 64 is to continue in force for such period as may be specified in the approval unless it —(a)

is earlier revoked or suspended under Part 7; or

(b)

earlier lapses because the person to whom the gambling venue approval was granted ceases to hold a licence.

(2) A gambling venue approval granted cannot be transferred or assigned to another person.
