Section 65 — Validity of gambling venue approval

(1)Every gambling venue approval granted under section 64 is to continue in force for such period as may be specified in the approval unless it —

(a)is earlier revoked or suspended under Part 7; or

(b)earlier lapses because the person to whom the gambling venue approval was granted ceases to hold a licence.

(2)A gambling venue approval granted cannot be transferred or assigned to another person.
