§ 66 — Conditions of gambling venue approval

66.—(1) In granting a gambling venue approval to any licensee, the Authority may impose such conditions as the Authority considers requisite or expedient having regard to the purposes of this Act.(2) In particular, in granting a licensee a gambling venue approval, the Authority may impose conditions that are necessary, expedient or conducive to the attainment or furtherance of the licensing objectives, such as —(a)

conditions requiring a layout or design of the place or premises that ensures that no customer or member of the public can see the gambling taking place in the approved gambling venue from outside the gambling venue;

(b)

conditions requiring that any requisite surveillance system for monitoring and surveillance of operations in the approved gambling venue must conform to standards;

(c)

conditions requiring that the location and orientation of facilities and equipment for that requisite surveillance system must be as approved by the Authority; and

(d)

conditions requiring access control measures for underaged individuals and excluded persons.
