Section 74 — Approval of gaming machine, etc.

(1)After considering any application under section 73, the Authority may —

(a)on payment of a fee (if prescribed), grant approval to the supplier of —

(i)any gaming machine mentioned in section 72(a);

(ii)any gaming machine game mentioned in section 72

(b); and (iii) any peripheral equipment for a gaming machine mentioned in section 72

(c), which is the subject of the application; or (b) refuse to grant the approval.

(2)An approval granted under this section —

(a)for a gaming machine includes an approval of the gaming machine games installed in the gaming machine unless the Authority otherwise specifies in the approval; and

(b)for a gaming machine and any peripheral equipment for a gaming machine applies to all gaming machines and peripheral equipment for a gaming machine, respectively, of that same kind.
