§ 80 — Opportunity to be heard not required
80.—(1) It is not necessary for the Commissioner of Police or the Authority to give any individual who may be affected by an entry ban a chance to be heard before the entry ban to be given is given.(2) If the Commissioner of Police made an entry ban because of information that is classified by the Commissioner of Police as security sensitive information, the Commissioner of Police is not required to provide any reasons for his or her decision other than that the decision was made on public interest grounds under this section.
