§ 35 — Protection from personal liability

35. No liability shall lie personally against the Commissioner or enforcement official or any other person acting under the direction of the Commissioner or an enforcement official for doing, or omitting to do any act, in —(a)

the exercise or purported exercise of any power under this Act or the Regulations; or

(b)

the performance or purported performance of any function under this Act or the Regulations,

if the act is done or omitted to be done with reasonable care and in good faith.
