§ 15 — Removal of member

15.—(1) The Minister may, at any time and without giving any reason, remove a member of the Authority from office.(2) Every removal under subsection (1) must be made by written notice given to the member with a copy to the Authority.

(3) The notice must state the date the removal takes effect, which must not be a date earlier than the date the notice is received by the member.
