Section 35 — Protection from personal liability

No liability shall lie against any member, any committee member, the Chief Executive or any employee, delegate or subdelegate of the Authority, or any other person acting under the direction of the Authority, for anything which is done or purported to be done, or omitted to be done, in good faith and with reasonable care in —

(a)the performance or purported performance of any function of the Authority; or

(b)the exercise or purported exercise of any power for, or in connection with, the performance of its functions.
