§ 34 — Duration of step-in order or expedited step-in order
34.—(1) The Minister may revoke a step‑in order or an expedited step-in order at any time.(2) The appointment of a step‑in operator in relation to the operations of a designated licensee or a specified part of those operations may be revoked by the Minister at any time —(a)
if the Minister is satisfied that —(i)
the reasons for the appointment have ceased to exist; or
(ii)
it is no longer necessary for the protection of the designated licensee’s patients or customers; or
(b)
on any other ground,
and upon the revocation, the step‑in operator ceases to be in control of those operations or that specified part of those operations.
