§ 21 — Restrictions on disclosure of adjudication communication

21.—(1) Subject to section 22, a person must not disclose any adjudication communication to a third party to the adjudication.(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to any part of a settlement agreement entered into in the course of an adjudication that takes effect as a variation of a lease agreement under section 24(2).
