§ 33 — Rules of Court
33.—(1) The Rules Committee constituted under section 80(3) of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act 1969 may make Rules of Court regulating the practice and procedure of the Court of Appeal, the Appellate and General Divisions of the High Court and the State Courts in respect of any matter under this Act.(2) Without affecting subsection (1), the Rules of Court made under that subsection may make provision for the time during which applications under sections 26 and 27 may be made, and for any other information that may be required in the affidavits accompanying the applications.
(3) All Rules of Court made under this section must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
