§ 56 — Protection from personal liability

56. No liability shall lie personally against any member, officer or employee of the Authority, any designated valuer or any other person acting under the direction of the Authority or Chief Valuer (as the case may be) for anything done or intended to be done in good faith and with reasonable care in —(a)

the exercise or purported exercise of any power under this Act; or

(b)

the performance or purported performance of any function under this Act.
