§ 6 — National Coat of Arms

6.—(1) The design and description of the National Coat of Arms of Singapore are set out in Part 4 of the First Schedule.(2) The National Coat of Arms of Singapore is declared to be a national symbol of Singapore.

(3) The National Coat of Arms of Singapore may also be called the State Crest of Singapore.
