§ 18 — Appeal by appellant

18.—(1) An appellant who receives notice under section 17(2) of the decision to affirm or substitute the Part 2 direction concerned may, on payment of such fee as may be prescribed, appeal against the Part 2 direction to a Reviewing Tribunal in accordance with Part 8.(2) An appeal under subsection (1) does not affect the operation of the Part 2 direction appealed against.
