§ 33 — Part 6 order — self-initiated cancellation or substitution

33.—(1) The competent authority may at any time, on the competent authority’s own initiative —(a)

cancel a Part 6 order; or

(b)

substitute a Part 6 order with another Part 6 order.

(2) Where a Part 6 order is cancelled under subsection (1), the competent authority must give written notice of the cancellation to every person who has been given that Part 6 order.
