§ 36 — Part 6 order — reconsideration

36.—(1) The competent authority must, within a reasonable time after receipt of any application to reconsider a Part 6 order under section 35 —(a)

affirm the Part 6 order;

(b)

cancel the Part 6 order; or

(c)

substitute the Part 6 order with another Part 6 order.

(2) The competent authority must give written notice of the decision under subsection (1) to the appellant, and the person to whom the Part 6 order was given (if that person is not the appellant).
