Section 1 — Short title and commencement
(1)This Act is the Online Safety (Relief and Accountability) Act 2025 and comes into operation on a date that the Minister appoints by notification in the Gazette.
(2)A notification made under this section may specify that different provisions of the Schedule come into operation on different dates.
