Section 109 — Amendment of Protection from Harassment Act 2014

(1)The Protection from Harassment Act 2014 is amended in the manner set out in the Schedule.

(2)For a period of 2 years after the date of commencement of any provision of the Schedule, the Minister may, by order in the Gazette, make provisions of a saving or transitional nature consequent on the enactment of the provision that the Minister may consider necessary or expedient.
