Section 45 — App removal order — content

(1)An app removal order is an order requiring the provider of an app distribution service to stop distributing the relevant app to persons in Singapore and stop enabling persons in Singapore to download the relevant app by means of that service, by the time specified in the app removal order.

(2)The relevant app specified in the app removal order must be an app used exclusively to access an online service provided by an online service provider which did not comply with a Part 5 direction in respect of —

(a)that online service;

(b)any online account, online material or online location accessible on or through that online service; or

(c)any online activity conducted on or through that online service.
