Section 47 — Order following non‑compliance — self‑initiated cancellation or substitution

(1)The Commissioner may at any time, on his or her own initiative —

(a)cancel an order following non‑compliance;

(b)vary an order following non‑compliance; or

(c)substitute an access blocking order with an app removal order or vice versa.

(2)Where an order following non‑compliance is cancelled under subsection (1)(a), written notice of the cancellation must be given to every person who has been given that order.
