Section 30 — Other causes of action not affected

The issue of a Part 4 Direction or Remedial Order in relation to any material does not affect any power or right of any person (including a Minister, the Competent Authority or the Government) to take any action under this Act or any other law in relation to the subject statement, or the power of the Public Prosecutor to initiate proceedings for an offence under this Act or any other law in relation to that statement.
