Section 9 — Conditions of registration
(1)The Registrar may impose any conditions of registration on a registered dealer that the Registrar considers necessary or expedient for the purposes of this Act.
(2)The Registrar may, by written notice to a registered dealer and after giving the registered dealer an opportunity to be heard, add to, vary or cancel any condition of registration.
