§ 10 — Power of Commissioner to require notification
10.—(1) The Commissioner may, for the purpose of ascertaining whether any person is a platform operator, do either or both of the following:(a)
by written notice, require the person to provide any report, document or information in respect of any business activity of the person;
(b)
enter the business premises of the person during normal business hours and carry out any inspection that the Commissioner may think necessary.
(2) The Commissioner may determine that a person is a platform operator within the meaning of section 4 and require the person to submit a notification under section 8(1).
