Section 44 — Amalgamation

(1)Any 2 or more registered platform work associations may become amalgamated as one platform work association if each of the platform work associations has the requisite consent of its members to the amalgamation.

(2)The amalgamation may be undertaken with or without dissolution or division of the funds of the platform work associations or either or any of them.
