§ 67 — Failure to submit returns

67. If default is made on the part of any registered platform work association in doing any act, giving any notice or sending any statement, return or other document as required by this Part —(a)

every officer or other person bound by the rules of the platform work association or under the provisions of this Part to do that act, give that notice or send that statement, return or document; or

(b)

if there is no such officer or person, every member of the executive of that registered platform work association,

shall severally be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.
