Section 70 — This Part not to affect certain agreements

This Part does not affect any of the following:

(a)any agreement between partners as to their own business;

(b)any agreement between an employer and those employed by that person as to such employment;

(c)any platform work agreement as to the provision of a platform service by a platform worker;

(d)any agreement in consideration of the sale of the goodwill of a business or of instruction in any profession, trade or handicraft.
