Section 72 — Service of legal process

Subject to the requirements of any other written law, every originating claim or other legal process may be served on a platform work association by —

(a)serving it on the president, secretary, treasurer or other officer of the platform work association; or

(b)leaving it at, or sending it by registered post to, the registered office of the platform work association.
