Section 76 — Civil contraventions

The following contraventions are declared to be civil contraventions for the purposes of this Act:

(a)a failure of a person that satisfies the criteria to be a platform operator under section 4 to notify the Commissioner of that fact in accordance with section 8(1);

(b)a failure of a person that ceases to be a platform operator within the meaning in section 4 to notify the Commissioner of that fact in accordance with section 9;

(c)a failure by a platform operator to comply with section 13(1) or 14(1).
