§ 8 — Platform operator must notify Commissioner

8.—(1) A person that satisfies the criteria to be a platform operator under section 4 must notify the Commissioner of that fact —(a)

within the prescribed time; and

(b)

in the form and manner that the Commissioner requires.

(2) A notification under subsection (1) must —(a)

include the name and particulars of the person notifying and any other particulars prescribed; and

(b)

be accompanied by the prescribed fee, if any.

(3) The Commissioner may, in relation to a notification submitted in accordance with subsection (1), require the person notifying to provide any other information or document that the Commissioner requires.
