Section 91 — Jurisdiction of court
Despite the Criminal Procedure Code 2010 —
(a)a District Court has jurisdiction to try any offence under this Act (except Part 3) and has power to impose the full punishment for any such offence; and
(b)a District Court or a Magistrate’s Court has jurisdiction to try any offence under Part 3 and has power to impose the full punishment for any such offence.
