Section 37 — Registers

(1)The Registrar‑General must provide and maintain, in the form and manner that the Registrar‑General thinks fit, the following registers:

(a)a register of births;

(b)a register of deaths;

(c)a register of stillbirths.

(2)The registers are not open to inspection by the public.
