§ 37 — Registers

37.—(1) The Registrar‑General must provide and maintain, in the form and manner that the Registrar‑General thinks fit, the following registers:(a)

a register of births;

(b)

a register of deaths;

(c)

a register of stillbirths.

(2) The registers are not open to inspection by the public.
