§ 41 — Cancellation of registration

41. The Registrar‑General may cancel the registration of any birth, death or stillbirth if the Registrar‑General is satisfied that the registration has been —(a)

obtained by means of fraud, false representation or the concealment of any material fact; or

(b)

made by mistake.
