Section 57 — Authorisation to provide information, etc., on behalf of person

Any person who is unable, by reason of illness or other sufficient cause, to make a report, or provide any particulars, information or evidence, required by or under this Act may authorise another person to make the report, or provide the particulars, information or evidence, on behalf of the firstmentioned person.
